MARION LIGHTNING TRYOUTS

Who: Any boy or girl age 8 by 8/1/09 interested in playing competitive travel soccer.

What: Marion Lightning is a sanctioned travel soccer club, as part of Indiana Youth Soccer, Central Indiana Division (CIYSL).

When: Try-Out Dates for the Fall Season
Wednesday, 7/1/2009, from 6pm-8pm at Ballard Field
Thursday, 7/2/2009, from 6pm-8pm at Ballard Field
Tuesday, 7/7/2009, from 6pm-8pm at Ballard Field
All interested players must attend one try-out session. Practices will begin in late July/early August with games running from mid August to mid October (approximately 8 games; 4 home and 4 away). Anyone interested, but unavailable during try-out dates must contact the number listed below.

Why: Any eligible player interested in learning the game of soccer beyond recreational play and utilizing those skills and abilities within a competitive travel league.

Misc: Player Fees = $150 per season (fall season, spring season)
Uniform Fees = $75 per uniform (which may last multiple seasons)
Age Group/Teams will be determined once try-outs are held and players are selected.
