Parent Meeting Jan. 18th, at 5:00pm at the IWU Facilities Services Building (former Big R Store)

All parents of players that did not participate in the Fall 2008 season are encouraged to attend.

What to bring: copy of Birth Certificate, copy of front and back of insurance card, notarized Medical Release Form, and Emergency Contact Form.  We will need at least $65.00 of the players fees on that night.
